Hi. Enjoy some queer feels here. The prompt for this was "be my wife" and I was tired of heteronormative fluff.
Honestly, this is my personal goals if I ever have a girlfriend.

After a late night out, Brittney and Nicolette stumbled into the house they shared on their suburban cul-de-sac. They had been celebrating their four year anniversary of being together. Four years of putting up with Nicolette's homophobic family. A four year uphill climb, but it was all worth it. They were happy and in love. And tonight they were drunk.
"That guy at the bar was checking you out all night and his face when you kissed me reminded me why I'm so happy to be gay." Brittney laughed, falling onto the sofar. "But I will admit he was a good looking guy."
"Oh my gosh. The lesbian queen of Worcester found a man attractive! The end is nigh!" Nicolette laughed, sitting next to her girlfriend. "I had a great time tonight. We should really do this more often."
"You're the one who doesn't like going to bars. If I had it my way, we'd party every weekend."
"Not every weekend/ Maybe twice a month."
"Let's get married."
"Huh?" Nicolette looked at her girlfriend. "Say that again."
"Let's get married."
"What happened to marriage being hetero bullshit?" Nicolette asked. "You didn't want to get married."
"I mean it is, but I love you. Come on, Nic. Be my wife."
"Seriously? I mean there is a lot to consider. Like-"
"No there isn't. You and me go to city hall tomorrow and tie the knot. We don't have to tell anyone. We both know your family would combust into flames and my family doesn't give a shit about tradition."
"Britt."
"I get it. You don't want to marry me. That's fine."
"What? No. Shut up. I love you. I do want to marry you, but not tomorrow. I think we should have something small at least. If not for us, then for friends. Plus Kev would kill us if we didn't invite him to the wedding."
"So let's have the smallest ceremony and let's get married."
"Okay." Nicolette kissed her, now fiance. "I love you."
"I love you too." Britney smiled. "Now the struggle is trying to get back to the bedroom." She laughed.
"Come on." Nicolette got up and held out her hand to Brittney.
"To the bedroom, we go!" Brittney took Nicolette's hand and stood up.
